Terms of Service
Last updated 6 October 2026
These terms cover your use of www.aedanevangelista.com (“this site”). By using the site, you agree to them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site.
Who runs this site
This site is run by Aedan Evangelista, an independent product designer based in Metro Manila, Philippines. You can reach me at aedanevangelista.freelance@gmail.com.
Using the site
You’re welcome to browse the site and share links to it. Please don’t:
- copy the site’s content or design and present it as your own;
- try to break, overload or gain unauthorised access to the site;
- use the contact details here to send spam or unsolicited marketing.
Content and ownership
Unless stated otherwise, the text, design, code and images on this site belong to Aedan Evangelista. Company names, logos and products mentioned here belong to their owners, and mentioning them doesn’t mean they endorse this site. Client work shown here remains the property of the client where our agreement says so.
Booking a call and working together
Booking a call through the Cal.com calendar is a way to start a conversation. It doesn’t create a contract or commit either of us to a project. Paid work is covered by a separate written agreement, which takes priority over these terms. Cal.com’s own terms of service apply to its scheduling service.
Links to other sites
This site links to other websites, such as past employers, clients and social profiles. I don’t control those sites and I’m not responsible for their content or how they handle your information.
No warranty
The site is provided “as is”. I work to keep it accurate and available, but I can’t promise it will always be complete, current or free of errors.
Limitation of liability
As far as the law allows, I’m not liable for any loss or damage that comes from using this site or relying on its content.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, and any dispute about them will be handled by the courts of the Philippines.
Changes to these terms
If these terms change, the date at the top of the page changes with it. Using the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
